	In der Nase nasses Holz, modrige Erde. Auf der Zunge Säure, unreife schwarze Johannisbeeren, Karamel, Vanille - etwas adstringent - wird aber mit zunehmender Luftzufuhr weicher und fruchtiger - bleibt trotzdem noch etwas verschlossen.
